About Us
We share the belief in the SPECIAL POSITION OF LANGUAGE (especially SPEECH) in people’s lives.
We invite to cooperation all those that follow this approach.
OUR TEAM
We are a group of academics and students from different universities across the world created upon the idea to gather verbal treats in our efforts to cultivate human speech and interpersonal spoken exchange.
OUR LOCATION
We work together remotely, without one particular setting. The idea of verbal treats was born in Gdańsk (Poland), where also the anti-communist Solidarity movement had come into being. Verbal treats share its pro-democratic character.
OUR PARTNERS
We collaborate with various individuals and entities which are spoken-language-oriented, particularly those forming together the Educational Role of Language framework (although verbal treats reach far beyond education only).
OUR PLANS
We jointly aspire to prompt a wide international and interdisciplinary collection and exchange of verbal treats by people from different corners of the world and backgrounds, including anonymous citizens, local figures, celebrities,
